Vampires Suck

Of the recent spoof films that have been made lately, they have several things in common. One of these commonalities is that they have a word in the title that describes the movie before you even watch it. “Disaster Movie” was a disaster. “Epic Movie” was an epic failure. “Vampires Suck,” is another spoof movie that “sucks!”
The idea of attacking the “Twilight” movies by way of spoofing is great. Anyone who has seen the Twilight films knows there are so many ways to make fun of them, and if you don’t your sense of humor is dismal. The best part of the movie was how well the lead characters mimicked the lead characters of “Twilight.” Jenn Proske playing as Becca Crane in “Vampires Suck” could actually play Kristen Stewart’s role in “Twilight.” Proskes’s antics and bumbling awkwardness were exactly what Kristen Stewart looks and acts like in the “Twilight” movies. The sad part about this is that someone who is actually making fun of her is upstaging Stewart’s serious role. The rest of the movie is full of cheesy lines, poor acting and a few funny lines, which act more like fillers.
