Despicable Me

Despicable Me is a movie about a super villain who comes up with a plan to make him the best villain in the world but there is another villain who is going to compete with him for that title, then three little girls come into his life and he starts to second guess things.
This a movie for all ages, its a movie that shows that true compassion and love can turn even the worst of the worst into something that is great. The movie is a great mix of comedy and compassion. The movies humor isnt the typical humor dealing with bodily functions or violence its done with mannerisms and how the kids act toward and around Gru (Voiced by Steve Carrell). Steve Carrell delivers with his weird accent that is funny and catching at the same time. This movie have great rememerable scenes that you will talk about to your friends which isnt using said about with animated movies. All in all this movie will capture your heart while also making you laugh. I would give the movie a solid 8 out of 10 and would recommend it for all ages not just kids but parents as well. You will see a animated movie that you wont feel ashamed of telling your friends about.
